Palette sidebar width changes returning from Print Layout

In PSP9 I have four palettes in view along the RIGHT side of the app
window. They are (from top to bottom) Materials, Histogram, Overview
and History.

When entering Print Layout and returning to PSP, the RIGHT side palette
areas has increased in width and then overshadows the Browser. It also
significantly cuts down on the area useful for editing. How can I
control or LOCK the right palette sidebar width? It is a PITA (a pain)
to keep re-adjusting its size.

Have you tried getting everything in place, just as you want it, then
Saving a new Workspace.

Thanks.. but that didn't solve the problem. Any other suggestions?
