I'm using PSP 8 on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit machine. It keeps crashing on
me and I've noticed that the problem seems to occur when I'm using the crop
tool. Is PSP 8 supposed to be compatible with Windows 7, and any idea what could
be causing this problem? Thanks.

I have no such problem using PSP8.1, w 7 ult x64 mode and psd file format.
Just tested the crop tool - no problem.
32 mode did not work for any programs - I regard that as a fraud by M$
once more.

So your running an 32 bit app in a 64 bit Os and think that the 32 bit to 64
bit on the fly converting is not working ?
