PSP 7 How to use atn files??????

I am using PSP 7.04 as I have far too many filters and plug-ins to go to
Win7... who has time to reinstall and even relocate all those years worth of
stuff?!?!?

Anyhow... I thought that I used to install .atn filters in PSP7 by renaming
them .8bf and copy/pasting them to the Program Files PSP plug-in folder. I
know that I did that with many types of files, but I do not remember the
details. Maybe it's because I'm getting old or maybe it's because I've
ripped some brain out with the hair over my teenager or maybe atn files were
not one of the files I could use in the first place... but it sure seems
like I did at one point or more.

I am trying to install Orton.atn and any help would be appreciated.

I bet that Corel could sell a bunch of new versions if they wrote an
importer that would somehow import and install all the plug-ins from an
older XP PSP installation on one partition to a new Win 7 on another
partition.

Thanks

.atn files are Photoshop action files. They don't work in PSP (any version)
and renaming them won't help either.
Actions are a bunch of recorded commands.

Here is explained how to do it. It should be easy enough to translate it to
PSP.

Not the same as a plug-in, then. OK... thanks. I know I have plug-ins from
Photoshop that run in PSP7 and was hoping this was the same deal. Oh well.

I can do it all manually, yes... but I have a set of shots that I think
might do well as a series and hoped for a faster way.

Thanks again.
